We got tired of rent living in a WhatsApp group.
Broperty started from a simple frustration: property management running across spreadsheets, sticky notes, and group chats — with no single place that told you the truth about a portfolio at a glance.
Why we built this
Property management software that closes its own books.
Landlords and agencies don't need another dashboard — they need rent that collects itself, leases that don't get lost, and a statement they can actually hand to an owner. How we build
A few principles that don't change.
