Is the free plan actually free, or a trial?
It's free for as long as you're managing up to 5 units — no expiry date, no credit card on file. You only pay when you upgrade for more units or team members.
Can I manage more than one company or portfolio?
Yes. Business plans include multi-company workspaces, so you can switch between separate portfolios or client accounts without separate logins.
How do tenants pay rent?
Rent can be recorded against cash, cheque, or bank transfer, and reconciled automatically against the invoice it was issued for.
Can my accountant get owner statements directly?
Yes — statements export to PDF or can be shared as a live, always-current link per property or per owner.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you go over a plan's limits, new entries pause until you're back within them, but nothing you've already entered is lost.
